My journey through higher education has been rich and varied, providing me with a deep understanding of its many facets. Throughout my academic career, I transferred between undergraduate and graduate programs, secured full funding for my graduate studies, and earned numerous scholarships, equipping me with unique insights into the financial challenges and opportunities in higher education.
Bachelor of Arts in English w/ Creative Writing concentration from Appalachian State University
Master of Arts in Communication and Storytelling Studies from East Tennessee State University.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over the years, I've worked in academic support and residential life roles across ten different higher education institutions.
My experiences in education range from working in a university program ranked number one in the nation to helping middle school students from underserved communities.
I've also coached high school students who scored at/above the top 95th percentile on their PSAT/SAT exams. This variety of roles has equipped me with a broad perspective and a solid commitment to student success.
