  • How am I billed for the subscription service?
    You are billed on a monthly basis and are always free to cancel your subscription whenever you'd like through your members portal on jmwhitehead.com.
  • Can I purchase a subscription package for my child/relative?
    Yes! If the child/relative is under the age of 18, I would have to meet (virtually) with the parent/guardian first to discuss the best way to proceed in supporting the student. But after the initial meeting with the parent/guardian, I can begin meeting with the student one-on-one.
  • Can I purchase a plan for myself, as a parent?
    Absolutely. One of the best parts of running this business is being able to help parents support their kids! I'm more than happy to only have meetings with the parent of a child. In my experience this option seems to be very beneficial for parents of first generation/minority students.
  • What can I expect from these subscription plans?
    You can expect customized support that come from my years of experience in higher education, personal experiences, and research. However, I make no promises about outcomes. The goal of this site and the services provided through this site is to better inform students about the landscape of higher education so that they can make more informed decisions for their education journey.
  • Is there a refund policy in place?
    All sales are final and no refund will be issued. But you will always have access to cancel your subscription plan through your members portal.
